The parent who opens the account. You need to be 18 or over, and you open the account for your family. A business can also open one, for example to buy eSIMs for an employee's family trip; whoever opens it for a business confirms they can act for it. eSIMs can't be resold. You top up the pool, add family members and get their SIMs.
Your prepaid balance, held in credits. One credit is one euro. Every SIM you get for someone in your family is paid from it, and credit doesn't expire, so what is left stays for the next trip.
Your partner, your children, your parents or anyone else you travel with. A name is enough and an email is optional. Adding someone costs nothing.
An amount of credit you set for one family member. If a SIM would take them over it, we refuse the request and charge nothing. You can change the limit and ask again.

The one you choose: euros or US dollars, from the switch at the top of the page. You pay in that currency and every price follows it. One credit is one euro, so a dollar payment buys credit at the day's rate, and the figure the console shows on the button is exactly what your card is charged.
No. You enter your card each time you top up, and we never charge you on our own.
No. A refused request costs nothing. The message tells you why: the member is over their limit, the country isn't on their list, the member is paused or the pool is too low.
If the connectivity provider can't issue the SIM after we have taken the price, the money goes back to your pool on its own. You don't need to ask.
Write to us within 14 days. If the SIM was never installed and the provider allows it, we return the price to your pool. Once a SIM is installed, we can't refund it.
