Six things to tick off before you go.
Create a family account
You become the organiser. It takes your name, an email and a password. You don't need a card to sign up.
Add who's travelling
Add your partner, the children, a grandparent. A name is enough. Each person gets their own colour in the console so you can tell them apart.
Set their limits
Give each person a spending limit and the countries they can use. You can change both whenever you like.
Add credit to the family pool
Pick an amount or type your own. Credit doesn't expire, so you can fund several trips at once.
Get a SIM for each person
Choose the person, the country and a plan. You see the price first. If the network can't issue the SIM, we put the money back.
Scan the QR code
Open the SIM in the console and scan its QR code on their phone the night before you leave.

You top up a prepaid pool of credit — one credit is one euro — and every SIM you get draws from it. Credit doesn't expire, so what you don't use waits for the next trip. You can see which family member used what.

The SIM in your account
An eSIM is a SIM you install on the phone by scanning a code, with no plastic card. We show each SIM in your account with its QR code, activation code and ICCID. You install it on their phone or send it to them yourself. Plans carry data, with no phone number, calls or texts.

Pause a family member
You can pause anyone in the family. While they are paused, we won't issue a new SIM for them, and you can switch them back on when you're ready.

Your money back if the provider fails
If we have taken the price from the pool and the connectivity provider then can't issue the SIM, the money goes back to your pool on its own. You don't have to write to us to ask for it.

On the day you land
- Switch on the new line on each phone.
- Turn on data roaming for that line only.
- Leave the home SIM on for texts from the bank, with its own data off.
