A request is refused before any money moves: when a member's limit has been reached, the country is not one they can use, the member is paused, or the pool is too low. There is nothing to refund.
Nothing was charged
AutomaticThe price is taken from the pool just before the connectivity provider is asked for the SIM. If the provider cannot issue it, the full amount goes back into the pool by itself, with the reason recorded against the request. You do not have to ask.
Full amount returned to the pool
AutomaticWrite to us within 14 days of getting the SIM. An unused SIM can usually be cancelled with the connectivity provider, and where it can, the full price goes back into your family pool. Where the provider will not take it back, we will tell you so rather than keep you waiting.
Returned to the pool where the provider allows it
On requestOnce a SIM has been installed on a phone or has used data, the plan has been taken up with the provider and cannot be returned. If the network did not work as it should have, write to us anyway and we will look at what happened.
Not refundable
On requestCredit you have not spent is yours, and it does not expire. If you would like it back, ask, and we return it to the card the payment was made with. We do not refund to a different card and we never refund by bank transfer.
Returned to your card on request
On requestTell us within 30 days and the payment is returned to the card it came from, as long as the pool still holds that amount.
Returned in full to the card
On requestWrite to billing@perdiem.tech from the email address you sign in with, and tell us which SIM or which payment you mean. Where a refund is due, we process it within fourteen days of agreeing it. Your bank decides how quickly it then appears on your statement.
A SIM is issued the moment you ask for it. When you confirm, you ask us to issue it straight away and accept that your 14-day right to withdraw ends once the SIM has been installed or used. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the consumer law of the country you live in, or your rights against the bank that issued your card.
