How we protect your family’s account.

We hash passwords with bcrypt. We never store or log the password you type.

We sign every session, so nobody can forge one to get into your account.

Each family's members, SIMs and pool are visible to its organiser's account alone. We check every request against the family on your account, so guessing a link won't open someone else's.

Your card details pass once through our server on their way to the card processor. We never store them and we never write them to a log.

If a payment is submitted twice, for example after a double click, we charge you once.

If we take the price from your pool and the connectivity provider then can't issue the SIM, the money goes back to your pool without you asking.

Not available in Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Cuba: visitors from those countries are refused by IP, signup refuses residents and email addresses hosted there, and no eSIM is sold for use there.

We run no analytics and no advertising trackers on this site. The cookie policy lists the cookies we set.

We keep our database in the EU.
